Boosted Immunity and Greater Energy
“I was recommended to take a high dose Vitamin C supplement by my Pilates teacher, who said it boosted the immune system and gave greater energy. “Great product - preferably your vitamin C should always be ‘timed release’ as it goes through your system so quickly ! 1500mg is a good dose too - I would never buy a different product - my 9yr old and 15yr old have these too. My 9yr old always suffered from colds and since these she doesn’t .... so much so that other ppl have noticed the change.”
