“I was already using green tea but a different brand which costed so much more I wanted a cheaper alternative, so after reading reviews abit sceptical however I had no side affects as you meant to take it midday and with food to not have sudden side affects (shaking ) as ppl have been saying and drink lots of water throughout the day ,second dose at 4 pm l so far my appetite is suppressed and did not feel like snacking or craving sugar In The evening my energy usually lacks after 4pm but this was giving my energy levels . I have a high coffee intake so the caffeine in this hasn’t affected me I’m very happy with this product”

Great for weight loss
“I take these to aid slimming and the weight drops off when I take these. At first I took the dosage stated and was on edge with palpitations. I now take half a tablet after brekkie and one at lunch. Don’t recommend taking a tablet after 4pm as may cause trouble sleeping. Best weight loss tablets I’ve used.”

Caffeine a gogo!
“As a non coffee or tea drinker I can really notice the caffeine in these. Both when I do and don’t take one. I only take one of the possible two a day or I can’t sleep. Whether the other ingredients are doing anything in particular it’s too early to tell. The size of tablet is not too big and is easy to swallow.”

Great for weight loss
“I used this product 3 years ago it helps me lost weight and achieve my goal so I stop it. Just this pas few weeks having a problem with my eating diet back again to over eating and craving for cakes , sweets, chocolates and past foods. Will used this to try to shed some pounds.. “I don't think I could live without these. The difference if I go a day without is unreal. Boost energy levels, no feeling lethargic during the day. Once in the system you will be eatting half the amount you did before. Yes you will feel a bit sick and light headed for the first few days until your body becomes used to them but always take after food and with plenty of water. In 12 mths I lost 2 stone with these so 51 and happy to be a trim size 10. No fad diet, and also with all this energy feel a lot happier in myself”
