“I bought these in the Paisley store (Scotland) ,ive tried a lot of different multi vits, but mone with Q10. Q10 is great it helps stop aging by stopping cells to degenerate. Q10 also is reported to be good for heart and kidneys. There are a lot of other stuff like Flakseed etc in these bottles that you just dont get in your standard multi vits. And for 6 quid, i say a bargain and i will be back again. Other products i dnt feel much difference but with these im getting up in the morning easier and i just feel overall more energy. So one or some of the compounds on here i must need. 10/10 from me. Im 35 yr old male btw.”
