Manila bedtime drink
“It helps make the most wonderful bedtime drink and almost guarantees you get a good nights sleep, as well as all its other health benefits. I put a teaspoon of turmeric paste or powder and half teaspoon cinnamon into a mug with heaped teaspoon Manila honey and mix thoroughly with a little unsweetened almond milk, when it has blended then pour on a cup of the milk heated but not boiled and stir till frothy and delicious.”
