Great for Bulking alongside a varied Diet
“Excellent for adding in protein to your diet plan. I have personally gained 4kg in 2.5 months from having two scoops with semi-skimmed milk once a day. However, I must admit it is not a solution on its own, it’s a good accompaniment alongside a clean bulking plan. If you want to gain mass fast it’s a must, but monitor your excess fat gain as although the protein content is high, so is the carb content. With 1,263 calories per shake it’s good value for money.”
