Marathon training hydration
“I take one tablet with 500ml in the 30 minutes prior to a long run and these keep me hydrated throughout. I don’t think I could ever have ran 18 miles without a drink before discovering these! I also have SIS energy gels during the run which help too. I don’t mind the taste of the lemon ones, they’re obviously a bit salty tasting but don’t taste bad. I’d be sceptical if they tasted delicious!”

Good for cramp
“I bought these out of desperation, I have had severe bouts of cramp all my life. In the past I have been prescribed quinine tablets which worked but are now banned. My doctor had no suggestions whatsoever other than stretch my legs - what a joke. I bought these during a severe bout of cramp and as if by a miracle the cramp stopped that day, stopped taking them and it came back. Take one a day now, fantastic and good for energy as well.”

Exactly what you'd expect
“I usually buy a different brand but thought I'd give this a shot. What you want is a drink that gives you the electrolytes lost during exercise without calories and tastes good. This does all three. I've tried cheaper versions and they have been poor taste-wise so this is good to use for my gym sessions where I don't need carbs to fuel them”
