Pre-Workout contains a precise blend of performance enhancing ingredients, including caffeine, beta-alanine and creatine which can increase physical performance during short-term, high intensity exercise when a daily intake of 3g is obtained. Pre-Workout also contains Vitamin B12, which can contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; Iron, which contributes to normal cognitive function and energy-yielding metabolism; and Potassium, which contributes to normal muscle function and normal blood pressure. VOW Pre Workout also has 3000mg of Creatine Monohydrate which has been shown to have a wide range of effects, all assisting those who seek improved performance in short, high intensity boosts of activity.
For best results use one serving of Pre-Workout approximately 30 minutes before training or exercise. Add 1 scoop (17.5g) to approximately 250-300ml of ice cold water in an VOW Nutrition shaker, shake and consume. Do not consume after 8pm and do not exceed more than one serving per day.
