“I've been taking this marine collagen supplement for around two years now and I really believe it has made a massive difference to my skin and hair in particular. I'm 4 weeks away from my 59th birthday and started taking it after the menopause had such negative impact on my skin and hair . I didn't try HRT as didn't feel I needed that but my hair was becoming so thin it was getting me down. I was also diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my early 50's and have had both of my hips replaced plus one shoulder replacement. Marine collagen is supposed to help with cartilage. Since taking this, I haven't had any arthritic pain in my remaining natural joints. If you decide to try it, I suggest you give it 3 months to really notice a difference. Expensive but I believe it's worth it. I have attached a genuine no makeup selfie. No filters, fillers or botox.”
