Put the coconut milk into a bowl, add in the protein powder and the honey. Mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture in two and add the Frutifetti and mix well until fully incorporated.

Spoon the mixture out into your popsicle moulds, alternating the two mixtures as you add them in. (This will make coloured layers!)

Drag a chopstick or skewer through the mixture in the moulds to create a swirl pattern then add in the coconut, nuts, and cranberries. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
