“It was quick and easy to find the type of product I was looking for. These are extremely well priced and the capsules are easy to swallow. I can’t say for certain if they are doing any good, however they certainly don’t seem to be causing any negative side effects, so I am happy to keep taking them and will trust that they are having some benefit. The aftertaste is minimal and much less bothersome than the fish-based Omega supplements I previously took. I am also delighted to find a subscription service that actually functions well without the need for constant monitoring, as I’ve had to do with other suppliers.”

Great vegetarian source of Omega fatty acids
“Great product, helps keep my skin and hair healthy and best of all helps prevent hot flushes. Another plus is it helps with my digestion. I am vegetarian so this is a fantastic way of getting omega 3, 6, & 9 fatty acids. A must have product for me now. Top marks Holland & Barrett.”

“Haven’t been taking this for long, and first time taking these, so can’t really tell if doing or has done anything, yet, will carry on and maybe purchase again to give it a decent chance to see if it does do something, but so far I can’t go oooh yeah it’s made a huge difference or change.”
