Filling and delicious
“I did wonder how a small sachet of oats would fill me up but once prepared the portion size is good and it fills me up until my lunch shake. The flavour is delicious and not too sweet, I have been using these alongside the shakes for a controlled eating plan which consists of: 2 Slim Expert Meal Replacement Shakes 2 Slim Expert porridge snacks or 2 snacks of up to 150 calories each 1 healthy meal of 600-800 calories I am so far after 7 days pleased with my results and have noticed a difference with my clothes feeling looser and I have more energy.”

Just started, big weight gain due to no gallbladde
“I had my gallbladder removed in 2019. My weight has ballooned to shy of 21 stones. I was 18 stones. I do work out 3 times a week and count my calories. This tastes great and I have just started. Will post results after 2 weeks.”
