Can't use all the tablets by best before date!
“These Vitamin D tablets are good. However, I used the 3for2 offer and ordered three bottles of 240 tablets. They are all use by July 2024! These are one-a-day tablets. I couldn't even get through one bottle in that time, never mind three. Returning is too much hassle, but really Holland Barrett please do better and think about whether customers can use the products by the best before date!”

Need to review stock control
“Not a happy purchase I'm afraid. Ordered 2 years worth of vitamin D tablets only to receive all three bottles with the best before date of JULY 2024 meaning I will need to take 720 (approx) tablets in a 2 month period. Okay, mistakes happen as stock control can be problematic BUT when you try to address this issue with H & B, they don't respond to your chat message and ignore your email. If they do now respond to my message it will be outside their own published service levels on their web site so I think you will agree that this is very poor service from H & B.”

“Delivery fast. But had to return to shop as it was buy 1 get 1 half price and even though use by date online said Dec 25 actually was Oct 24. I couldnt have used one of them before then. Shop had none at all so got a refund.”

“The tablets were short dated - October 2024. At the recommended dose of 1 tablet per day these will last me until December. On your website there should have been a warning that they were shoert dated. I now await the inevitable refund. Last time this happened it took H&B EIGHT months to sort it out. A case of Deja Vu??”
