“I've tried many other multi vitamins over the years and this one is absolutely bar none the best. Taking this means I don't have to take a separate greens supplement like spirulina, or a bit of beauty blend specially for my skin hair and nails, or a digestive supplement... It has almost all of what I need even with my healthy diet and exercise. I'm at the start of my menopause and this big pill has made my daily life so much more tolerable! Yes the price is high but so is the return in all that I get out of it. I recently read that 40mg of B6 Can cause numbness. So, I am taking this multi 6 days a week instead of 7. I highly recommend this product!!”

“I suffer with fatigue and im trying for a baby. This is an excellent all round vitamin, with great doses of all vitamins, especially all the B vits. I compared these to all of the pre pregnancy suppliments and this one comes up top trumps for me and my personal needs. The added bonus of the correct dose of folic acid, means I don't have to take additional supplements. My energy levels have improved and my skin and general well-being has seen a positive improvement also. It took maybe a month so to notice a difference. But I'm consistent and have been taking them for 4 months now. Love that it has the leafy green extracts. Just love this vitamin in general and stock up when H & B have deals on, which makes it a super cheap way of getting your recommended daily allowance.”

Energy giving vitamins
“I’ve been using this vitamin for a year now. On 3 occasions I’ve stopped taking it thinking it’s too expensive and I don’t really need it only to find my energy levels dipping and to start feeling sluggish in the afternoons again. My testing is no way scientific but I do believe these vitamins give me energy, I would recommend them to anyone feeling tired or lethargic.”

Great for young people with low iron!
“I'm 23 and have had anaemia on and off since being a teenager, I hate taking the prescription iron because it's harsh on my stomach but this is a great substitute. I have taken this everyday for about 3 years and haven't had any issues with low iron or b12 since! Also makes my hair grow fast and has improved my skin. Have tried other vitamins from this brand and others but this one seems to be the best for diminishing low iron symptoms and keeping me healthy.”
