“I bought these as a preventative as I am in the early stage of menopause and am aware some females can suffer hair loss. I bought 2 containers at the same time and didn't notice any difference with the first one but I have just finished the second container and am so pleased with the improvement already. I have always had fine hair, hence the reason I want to give my scalp what it needs as my hormones change. I really wish I had tried these years ago as I definitely feel they are making my hair much thicker than it has ever been. I do think if you have unrealistic expectations and expect changes within one month, then don't waste your money, but I understood that the scalp needs to be nourished first and then given the time to encourage better growth, so committed to taking the product for 6 months for a realistic assessment.
