Beautiful Me Mineral Eyeshadow Noir is a matte black mineral eyeshadow that is highly pigmented for maximum impact. It is oil free, silky smooth and light for optimum bendability and a long-lasting look.
Beautiful Me Mineral Eyeshadow Noir is from the Starry Eyed Glamour Collection. This eyeshadow is Cruelty free and BUAV approved. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Always read the label before use
Directions:
Apply dry over the lid for a subtle colour wash and build up the layers for more intense colour. Try mixing with a little water for a dramatic colour hit. Mix mineral eyeshadow with a little water and apply as an eyeliner using an eyeliner brush. Apply Marble Sparkle eyeshadow to the inner corner of the eye, where you naturally have a dark shadow for a youthful, wide eyed look.
