Rated 5 out of 5 by MissMouse At last! A great vegan staple. I've been asking for this in store for years! A versatile umami ingredient. I hope it will be sold in stores too now? For a fabulous dressing: blend a few tablespoons of yeast flakes with lemon juice and/or balsamic, a good plug of tahini, 1-2 garlic clove, lots of dill, basil or parsley and salt/pepper, thinning to preferred thickness with water. Rated 5 out of 5 by Darkangel Must have for any vegan As a relatively new vegan I had been searching for the much hyped "nooch" and finally managed to grab a couple in a rare moment of this being in stock! Have so far used it in pasta bake, on kale chips, on baked mushrooms, mashed into a baked potato and sprinkled on a pizza. Can't wait to start baking with it too! Highly recommend - tastes like crushed cheese puffs :) 24 September 2016
