It is versatile and useful to have a substantial tub. I use it in hummus, salad dressings and as a topping for potatoes.

This is the first time I have tried nutritional yeast & I didn't know what to expect. I bought this for the nutritional benefits to a vegetarian diet, but am very pleasantly surprised at the subtle cheese taste & will definitely be buying more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Darkangel from Must have for any vegan As a relatively new vegan I had been searching for the much hyped "nooch" and finally managed to grab a couple in a rare moment of this being in stock! Have so far used it in pasta bake, on kale chips, on baked mushrooms, mashed into a baked potato and sprinkled on a pizza. Can't wait to start baking with it too! Highly recommend - tastes like crushed cheese puffs :)
