Glucomannan is a natural dietary fibre that forms in to a gel-like mass in the stomach when hydrated. By gently expanding, glucomannan can delay gastric emptying and induce satiety leading to a decrease subsequent food intake. Hydratrim also contains added zinc to aid metabolism of fat and carbohydrates.

Directions:
Take 6 capsules per day spread in three separate doses: 2 capsules half an hour before breakfast, 2 capsules half an hour before lunch and 2 capsules half an hour before dinner. Take each serving with 1-2 glasses of water.
