Holland & Barrett's Pure Cod Liver Oil Gelatine-Free capsules are rapid release softgels that are high in essential omega-3 fatty acids and are also an excellent source of vitamins A and D. Both vitamins A and D contributes to normal functioning of immune system. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, whilst vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle functions.

Cod Liver Oil (Fish) (source of Vitamins A and D), Capsule Shell (Modified Corn Starch, Glycerine, Carrageenan), Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Antioxidant (Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopherol)).

Directions:

Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
