Holland & Barrett Tribulis Terrestris Capsules contain natural steroidal chemicals called saponins, which are the active ingredient in Tribulis Terrestris.
Tribulis Terrestris is thought to promotes sexual desire and sexual capacity. It's also good for maintaining the health of the respiratory system and having a soothing effect on the nervous system. This supplement is widely used by body builders for its effects. Each fast-release capsule provides a 250mg dose of Tribulis Terrestris, and is standardised to ensure 40% saponin content.

Directions:
