Miaroma Neroli Blended Essential Oil is used for calming the nerves and helping you ease into a slumber. Neroli is also known as orange blossom. Unlike valerian this oil smells wonderful and has been used in perfumes for hundreds of years. Sourced from the flowers of the bitter orange tree, neroli has a sweet and spicy aroma and is said to be very good for sensitive and mature skin. The art of aromatherapy can be traced back to the great ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome where essential oils were valued for their many uses. Aromatherapy oils, such as neroli, may be used singly or mixed together to create your own blends. Miaroma neroli oil is blended with pure and natural ingredients, sourced from the UK. No synthetic ingredients are ever added to any miaroma essential oils.

Directions:

Enjoy the benefits of Miaroma essential oils for massage, in your bath or vaporisation. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of Miaroma base oil. For bathing, run a warm bath, add 4-6 drops of oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work. Vaporisation of essential oils can create different moods or can be used to freshen your home. Oil burners or light bulb rings are ideal ways to vaporise essential oils.
