Vitabiotics Omega-3 Liquid provides a pure, pharma grade source of DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid), as well as vitamin D3 and natural vitamin E, an important antioxidant that also helps protect the natural oil.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential in the diet because although they can be made in the body, their conversion from other fatty acids is not very efficient. Vitabiotics Omega-3 Liquid may help maintain normal brain function and vision (when a daily intake of 250mg of DHA is consumed).

Directions:
2.5ml (half a teaspoonful daily).Adults: 5ml (1 teaspoon daily). Ultra 153; Omega-3 Liquid can be taken on its own followed by a sip of any drink or if preferred, mixed with milk or orange juice.
