Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product We are on the 5:2 diet and these noodles help to bulk out the food and are excellent. Good value for money. 07 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good surprise Having never tried these before and having read various comments on them I didn't expect to enjoy them as much as I did, so was a good surprise to find that they didn't smell or taste fishy, and after rinsing them and dry frying them as reccommended, I preferred them to usual noodles! As a bonus they are very filling! 29 September 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Zero complaints Although a bit pricey, Zero Noodles provides a great low cal addition to a stir fry that is very filling and tasty. Hopefully anyone considering purchasing already has read and understands that they need to be well-rinsed before cooking. I did not find the noodles 'rubbery' as some have described, but they definitely are not pasta-like if that is what you may be hoping to experience. Very pleased all around. Buy in quantity when H&B have sales/offers and the price is very reasonable for anyone who is using these to be calorie conscious. 18 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by expensive but a great product I am a rice and noodle addict, this is a great substitute. It has no taste to it which is perfect for you to add your own spices and flavour. Will buy again 13 October 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Would recommend These noodles are so hassle free, guilt free, and can be used in combination with so many other things or just simply on their own. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to watch their calorie intake or anyone who just feels a little more adventurous. 19 July 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Hungry Girls Saviour Without The Guilt! I purchased these for the first time today. After doing a bit of research on the web,I picked a few recipes so I could make a sauce for them. They do feel strange in the bag, they felt slimy & squishy (technical term!) & I didn't know what to expect,to be truthful, when I opened them. I was pleasantly surprised, they looked like glass noodles but in the shape/style of spaghetti. Unfortunately, I am hungry 24/7, so it's really important I eat foods that will fill me up & satisfy my every hungry tum. I rinsed then added to boiling water for 3 mins like it says on the packet (one of a few options), while making a quick sauce of 1tbsp Peanut Butter, 1tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1tbsp Soy Sauce, 1tsp Fresh Grated Ginger, 1 Freshly Crushed Garlic Clove, 1tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds, x1 Chopped Spring Onion & 1/2 crushed dried chilli. You put all the ingredients in a non stick pan, heat until the peanut butter melts & add some of the noodle water if you want it looser. You then add the noodles to the sauce and coat them thoroughly. I had them with some cod fillets (use any white firm fish) that I had coated in a curry powder & grilled on a high heat for 3-4 mins either side. It was YUMMY, low fat, healthy & filling! I will add more ingredients to the noodle sauce next time & I will use less peanut butter, maybe 1.5 tsp. I have found lots of recipes online, next is prawn curry! Best of all, 30 mins later I still hadn't reached for a snack! 16 May 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Not cheap but worth the money! I found that the noodles cooked really well in the microwave, then I added them to stirfrys and also to bulk up another microwave meal. I found that the texture was fine - I noted that some other people found them a bit chewy but I think microwaving them first helped. Although a pack is quite expensive you get two servings from this and therefore is quite good value. It is amazing how much you can have for so few calories! 27 August 2013
