Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product I use this in my muesli base. I've been buying it for years and it's always be good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and filling These rye flakes are more chewy than barley flakes, wheat flakes, or oat flakes, but they easily soften if you leave them to soak in milk or water for 10 minutes. Whether you eat them chewy or softened, they are filling and leave you feeling really satisfied. I think they taste delicious. They have a stronger taste than barley, wheat or oat flakes and the flavour reminds me of the rustic whiff you get inside a granary or a brewery - a combination of wholemeal bread, hops, and malt. I don't recommend these rye flakes if you like sweetened porridge. I think rye flakes work better with just milk or water plus a pinch of salt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good quality These are a very good alternative to oat flakes for a change of taste and texture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great alternative Great alternative to oats. They make a chunkier porridge or can be made into course rye flour in a blender

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too thick flake Be prepared to boil for a long time, I would rather not boil at all... but I have to with these. These are a middle thing between flakes and the whole grain, very hard. I use it for porridge I will say, but no good for that.
