In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or nearest Hospital Casualty Department immediately. All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Long term intake of amounts greater than 1150mg daily of Vitamin A are best avoided by postmenopausal women and older people who are at increased risk of osteoporosis. Keep out of reach of children.
