“Vitl Sweet sleep capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. They have helped me to stay asleep once I can get to sleep but if I have a lot on my mind or in more pain than usual & can’t switch off to get to sleep initially I found they are limited. But once asleep I had a lot of vivid dreams when taking these capsules, I don’t usually remember any dreams, I feel very refreshed after a sleep with these capsules.”
