- Lutein is one of the most abundant naturally occurring carotenoids found in a variety of vegetables and fruits, yet it cannot be manufactured within the body. Lutein is found in the macula of the eyes, the part of the eye responsible for central vision.

Works like a multi-vitamin
“Really bemused more so at the people who have left reviews before me, you guys don’t know what your buying, and you have no patience at al.. these are vitamins you need most of your life, they are not magic beans.. I have used vital eyes before and they work well, more like a multi vitamin than anything, as their is only 4mg of Lutien per tablet.. hence why I also take 20mg of pure lutien on top in the form of lutigold extra.. and I’m a current corneal graft patient.. if anyone knows the benefits, it’s me I’m afraid to say.. please do more research before you buy.. that way you chance of success will increase.”
