For optimum results take 1 spray up to 3 times per day no need to hold under the tongue thanks to Total Bioavailability. Equivalent to 4.95mg of regular CBD per dose. Do not exceed the stated recommended dose. Do not exceed recommended daily intake or 70mg of CBD per day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Didn’t work for me
“Being honest I’ve noticed no difference since using this, it’s easy to use and I dont find the taste particularly unpleasant, perhaps I need longer but it’s been about 3 weeks and haven’t noticed any decrease in pain or improved overall well being, perhaps it’s just not right for me but at the cost I won’t be buying again to find out if it needs longer to work”
