After training, your body uses protein to help repair and rebuild muscle fibres. Gold Standard Whey delivers 24g of whey protein and 5.5g of naturally occuring BCAA's to support muscle growth, and 4g of glutamine and glutamine acid to reduce muscle soreness.
All with just 1.3g of fat, 0.8g of sugars, and with 1.2g of carbs. Gold Standard Whey is best enjoyed first thing in the morning and/or during the 30 minutes just before or immediately after training. Simply mix one rounded scoop (30 g) with 180-240 ml (6-8 oz) of water in an ON shaker.

“Got the white chocolate and raspberry flavour, the sweetness is overwhelming to the point just the idea of drinking it makes me sick. The raspberry comes from solid lumps of dried fruit, nice idea until they are floating on top of your drink because they don’t dissolve, just rehydrate. Before this I had chocolate mint, which was okay and quite consumable. Also the measuring cup was missing.”

Trusted brand, tastes great, but be critical
“I have used this product for many year, across different flavours. Having become more health conscious of late, I decided to research why/ how it can taste so good (/sweet) despite low sugar. Research 'Acesulfame K' before you purchase. I won't be purchasing again and will be switching to unsweetened, unflavoured whey going forward.”
