Megasorb Vitamin B-Complex is a complete vitamin B formula which uses coenzyme forms of the vitamins for better absorption and utilisation. The B-Vitamins are important for a healthy metabolism, helping the body to turn the food we eat into energy. This potent and quickly absorbed formula is useful for maintaining a healthy metabolism and for tackling fatigue and tiredness.
Solgar’s high quality Vitamin-B formula uses coenzyme forms of the vitamins which are absorbed more easily, and put to use more quickly by the body. The complex contains vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6 and B12, along with magnesium, choline, inositol and folic acid.
