The box is a lie
“brought one instore recently and on the front of the packaging it says it is biodegradeable but that only counts for the cardboard box. the actual floss is made of nylon, very disappointed with the greenwashing. The floss also separates quite a lot when being used.”

“If you're looking for a plastic-free floss this isn't it! Only the box is recyclable as it is made of carton. The floss is made of nylon, which they conveniently don't say on the packaging. To top it off, there is a metal tab to cut the floss and a plastic sticker to seal the box.”
