Standard Delivery £2.99 on all orders or FREE when you spend £20. Delivery within 4 working days.
Orders are usually delivered within 4 working days between 8am - 9pm via our selected courier Hermes.
Next Day Delivery
£4.49 delivery charge for Next Day Delivery or 1p when you spend £40. Order by 7pm for next working day delivery. Orders after 7pm will be delivered on the second working day. Orders placed between 7pm on Friday and 7pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Local Collection £2.99 from any myHermes ParcelShop, or FREE when you spend £20. Your local myHermes ParcelShop offers the ideal collection solution for your orders if you aren't at home and do not have a safe place to leave your parcels. Open from early until late for your convenience.
Orders are usually ready for collection within 4 working days.
Next day delivery or Collect from a Convenience shop is temporarily unavailable for Mail orders, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
International delivery charge £6.95 (including Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands). Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Unfortunately we currently only deliver to the following European Countries.
We unfortunately cannot ship to the Canary Islands at this time.
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Additional Delivery Information
- All delivery timescales are subject to availability
- Your order may be despatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times
- Working day refers to any day Monday to Saturday and excludes Sunday and Bank Holidays
- Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer
- We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at the current time
- When collecting from a myHermes Parcel shop please ensure you have the correct ID
- Once you have received your order dispatch email you will be able to track your UK delivery via the myHermes Tracking App available to download on iTunes or Android

How Do I Return a Product?
We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below. Returning Food Products (confectionery, fruit, nuts and seeds) If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please contact our Customer Care team: Phone us on 0370 606 6606 or email us.
Please do not send any food products back which have not been requested.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team; phone 0370 606 6606 or email us.
Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
Additional Returns Information
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.
We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don't make it back to our warehouse.
