What is it?
Holland & Barrett Pregnancy Complete provides expert support during your pregnancy. This pack contains Folate which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Our dual pack provides 30 multi-nutrient tablets and 30 omega 3 capsules.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Provides Folic Acid which helps maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, DHA for baby’s brain and vision development, plus Iron (that is gentle on the stomach) for tiredness and fatigue.
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) maternal intake contributes to the normal eye and brain development of the foetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA.
