Rated 5 out of 5 by ISSW I love miso paste Miso paste makes any meal better. I love it best spread thinly on salmon or chicken before oven baking, but it can be thrown into risotto, stirfry, soup, stew etc last minute for a flavour and healthy bacteria boost! 02 March 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by mothermcgoo Adds Flavour I love using this for adding depth and flavour to sauces and stews. You can use it like a stock cube. You don't need to be a master chef to use it (I'm not) and a little goes a long way. It's expensive but worth it - I bought a cheaper brand once and it didn't have as much flavour... 13 January 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gemma801 Delicious and highly nutritious! Most miso is expensive and usually of poor quality. I prefer this brand to any other I've tried because it's organic and very yummy. You only need less than a teaspoon which will feed my family of four. Very satisfied. 14 January 2014
