How much CBD spray should you take?
You should always stick to the recommended dose listed on the CBD spray bottle or packaging, and make sure that you stick to the acceptable daily dose as suggested by the UK Food Standards Agency.
The UK Food Standards Agency has set an acceptable daily intake of 0.15mg of 98% pure CBD per kilogram of body weight. This equates to 10mg of CBD per day for a healthy adult weighing 70kg – if you weigh less than 70kg you should consume less.1,2

Which is better: CBD sprays or oils?

With CBD oils, you usually hold the oil beneath your tongue for the product-specified amount of time. However, with a spray, you simply spritz it directly beneath your tongue, to make the most of its effects.4
