How to make a tea hair rinse + the benefits

1. Add three to five tea bags 500ml of hot water and let it steep for a strong brew or reduce to one or two bags for a weaker rinse.
2. Let it cool for around 30 minutes or until it is at a safe cool temperature then remove tea bags. Save them to put on your eyes once fully cooled to tackle dark circles – 2 benefits in 1 brew!
3. Just before you use your tea rinse, wash your hair with shampoo and towel dry lightly – leaving it damp.
4. Distribute the rinse throughout your hair and scalp. A spray bottle would be useful if you have one lying around.
5. Cover your hair with a plastic cap or old towel for around 30 minutes and then rinse your hair with cold water. You don’t need to use shampoo afterwards, but feel free to use conditioner .
