“These tablets are so huge I cannot swallow them. If you cut them width ways they still get stuck in your throat. If you cut them lengthways you loose half the table as it crumbles when you cut it.”

Very large tablets
“Too large a tablet to swallow in one. I struggled with swallowing these in one go and the second time halved it. The sharp ends of the two pieces scratched my throat and it was sore for a couple of days. I think the tablets are working but having purchased six months worth I shall have to semi chew and then drink them down.”

Tips to swallow them
“I understand what reviewers are saying about the capsules being too big. I thought that too. However, I’ve sorted how to swallow them. Place on the tongue and before you swallow them fill your mouth with some water and then swallow. All gone”
