Directions:
Take one quarter teaspoon per day, preferably with a meal. (Equivalent to two and a half 500mg capsules). Up to one half teaspoon may be taken if required. (Equivalent to five 500mg capsules). Do not exceed stated dose.

“Got the liquid as i struggle with tablets. Its fine, but the bottle.leaks all over the place, not easy to pour I cant work out why it isnt in a dripper style bottle like the vitamin E oil, or better, make some.smaller capsules for those of us who struggle a bit”
