H&B Vegan ABC-Z has been specially formulated to support a vegan lifestyle.
Our improved formulation provides all the essential vitamins & minerals including extra Vitamin B12 as this is an essential vitamin that can’t be obtained from a vegan diet.
We’ve also included Selenium as this supports thyroid function, the immune system & healthy hair & nails.
Brazil nuts are the only widely vegan source & the Selenium content within them is very variable.
The tablets do have a distinctive smell and this is due to the Selenium.
If you are concerned you aren’t getting enough calcium from your diet or want to further support your immunity in winter months, then try H&B High Strength Vegan ABC-Z which provides higher levels of Vitamin D & Calcium.
Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, and nails, the normal function of the immune system, and normal thyroid function.

“I thought I’d try these multivitamins as the ones I get from boots are discontinued. I would take 1 after I had breakfast I wish I never bought these multivitamins they make me feel so nauseous & 1 day I took one after breakfast it made me throw up my breakfast!! DON’T RECOMMEND NOT WORTH ONE MONEY!!!”
