Seven Seas has been supporting family health since 1935. Our carefully crafted Pure Cod Liver Oil has been loved by families and passed down through the generations. Cod liver oil provides a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids including EPA and DHA.
Research has shown that a daily consumption of 250mg of DHA as part of a healthy lifestyle, contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function, whilst a daily intake of 250mg of both EPA and DHA can help to support the normal function of the heart. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, as well as the maintenance of normal bones, muscles and teeth, whilst vitamin E protects cells against free radical and oxidative damage.
