“I'm in my early 40s and noticed my body going through the perimenopause. I had noticed quite a few of the symptoms, but the real big one was my change in moods. I have been feeling so low for no reason. It's a strange feeling, as there is no real reason why i was feeling like this. I took myself into H&B to actually purchase something else, but I thought it would be a good idea to see if there was an aromatherapy oil I could get. I stumbled upon this lovely and easy to apply balance oil and read it was good for perimenopause, menopause and menstration moods. It comes with a lovely roller ball, and I just rub it into my pulses and temples. It has done a huge job with my mood, and it smells wonderful. Can really smell the rose notes, too. Would definitely recommend it.”
