Wellman Prostace provides an advanced, comprehensive combination of bio-active nutrients, formulated to help support all round male health, with specific nutrients including zinc, which contributes to normal reproductive health. Wellman Prostace combines a blend of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Zinc contributes to normal reproductive health in men and can contribute to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.

“They do contain a plethora of vitamins, minerals, etc., but I cannot say that I’ve noticed any benefits from taking these tablets. It’s all about absorption, and if your digestive system doesn’t absorb these important vitamins and minerals, from the foods that you eat, then I’m not sure if it will be any different, when ingesting them in tablet form. That said, at my age, I will hedge my bets, and continue to take them, as a precautionary practice. I suffer from Nocturia, which is a real ‘pain in the bladder’, in the early hours of the morning. I eat about 30 Raisins, prior to going to sleep, which most nights, helps to let me sleep until ~07:00, instead of 03:00-05:00. The fact that scientists don’t know why they have a beneficial effect, when Sultanas and Currents don’t, is a mystery. I read that Vitamin D is the most important vitamin, as apparently, it is involved in making all the other vitamins and minerals effective. In the winter months, I take the Holland and Barrett Vitamin D spray, because being in liquid form, it gets absorbed directly into the blood stream, when you spray it on your tongue and side cheeks, bypassing your inefficient stomach. Here endeth the first lesson. :0)”
