Nutrients per serving:
- 1 can/pack of organic chickpeas – drained
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cherry tomatoes chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
1. Pour the chickpeas in the blender
2. Add the garlic, lemon juice, tahini, turmeric, cumin and olive oil
3. Blitz until smooth and creamy (approx. 2 minutes)
4. Season to taste and blend further
This recipe couldn’t be easier, and can be whipped together in minutes. Pair it with some sliced vegetables and you’ve got an amazing healthy snack. You could even add it to salads, or any other main meal, making it a versatile dip.
