NKD Living's Vital Wheat Gluten is made from the natural protein found in wheat endosperm, so is very high in protein. When added to water it becomes highly elastic so it great for low carbohydrate baking, as it provides the strength and elasticity necessary for bread and dough making. Suitable for ketogenic diets.
Recommended Use: Add to bread mixtures to increase the elasticity of the dough, use for low carbohydrate baking and vegetarian meat substitutes such a seitan.
