Body Scrub

We would say it depends - but, in most cases, you would want both a body scrub and a wash in your personal hygiene arsenal as they serve different purposes and should be used in combination for a well-rounded skincare routine.

A body wash is used to gently cleanse the skin, removing dirt, sweat, and any other surface pollutants that may settle on your skin throughout the day. On the other hand, body scrubs are primarily designed for exfoliation, helping to remove dead skin and promote smoother, brighter skin. They can help with issues like roughness, uneven texture, and dry patches. Although they are suitable for most skin types, you should limit your use of physical body scrubs to a couple of times a week to avoid over-exfoliation.  

Ingrown hairs occur when a hair curls back or grows sideways into the skin, causing sensitivity and irritation.

By exfoliating regularly, you can help to prevent the build-up of dead skin around the hair follicles, reducing the likelihood of ingrown hairs.
