Which is better: body scrub or body wash?

We would say it depends - but, in most cases, you would want both a body scrub and a wash in your personal hygiene arsenal as they serve different purposes and should be used in combination for a well-rounded skincare routine.

A body wash is used to gently cleanse the skin, removing dirt, sweat, and any other surface pollutants that may settle on your skin throughout the day. Look for a body wash that addresses your specific skin concerns, such as moisturizing ingredients for dry skin or oil-controlling ingredients for oily skin. A good body wash will leave you feeling fresh, smelling clean and can be used each time you shower or take a bath.

On the other hand, body scrubs are primarily designed for exfoliation, helping to remove dead skin and promote smoother, brighter skin.
