It’s simple to subscribe to a product; on the product page, select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, then choose the delivery frequency you prefer. Then click 'add subscription' and it will be added to your basket like a normal order.
After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details, and then you will be able to see your subscription details in the account area on the website too. You can also change any details to your subscription in the account area if required.
Changing your subscription is easy, simply log in to your H&B account and select ‘Subscribe & Save' here you can see your upcoming deliveries and also skip, edit or cancel your subscription.

You can use your 'Rewards for Life' coupons as payment towards your first Subscribe & Save order, but unfortunately any later Subscribe & Save orders cannot use 'Rewards for Life' coupons.

When you cancel an item, it will be removed from your next delivery and you will not be charged, this takes 24 hours to update once requested. You will then receive an email to confirm your changes.
Yes! You can combine multiple products into your Subscribe & Save deliveries. To do this you can subscribe to the product you would like to add in the usual way from the product page.
If you’d like all your Subscribe & Save products to be delivered at the same time then follow these steps;
Make sure you are logged into your account and go to ‘Subscribe & Save’, here you will see ‘Next order placed on’ option, click the button that says ‘change’, select the date you’d like to process your order. Amend this to the same date for all your products and they will all arrive in the same delivery.
