    Our FREE C&C service means we will endeavour to have your item ready to collect from your local store on the same day if your items are available in store and ordered before 1pm*

    Collection options

     Same Day C&C - Orders before 1pm

    • Order by 1pm for same day C&C - if your items are in stock at your chosen H&B store
    • Orders for items not available immediately in store will be ready to collect next day**
    • Available 7 days a week, subject to store opening hours​​​​
    • You will be notified at the basket if your items are available for same day or next day.
    • You will receive an email and text to let you know your order is ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order

    C&C - Orders after 1pm 

    • Orders after 1pm will be available next working day** if order is placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday. If the order is after 5pm it will be ready to collect in 2 - 3 days.
    • You will receive an email and text to let you know your order is ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order

    If you do not collect your C&C order within 14 days, it will be cancelled, and refunded. 
    *Not available on orders with PayPal or PayPal Express
    *Postcode exclusions apply to     AB, BT, DD, EH, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO, TD , TR, ZE

    ** Due to busy bank holiday periods there may be a delay in next day click and collect.

    • Next day collection available from £3.49
    • Collection is available within 5 working days from any Evri ParcelShop.
    • You will receive a text as soon as your parcel is ready to collect.

    Please note: Evri will hold parcels for 10 days before returning them to us
    Due to high demand, please expect some delays to our usual delivery service

    • Delivery within 5 days to one of 7,000+ CollectPlus locations.
    • Most CollectPlus Points are open 7 days a week, 7am until late, check the CollectPlus website for specific opening times
    • Once your parcel arrives at your chosen location, you will receive a text and email containing your 7 character collection code
    • Simply take your collection code and proof of ID when you collect your parcel

    Please note: Your parcel will be held at the CollectPlus Point for 10 days before being returned to us
