Same Day C&C - Orders before 1pm

• Order by 1pm for same day C&C - if your items are in stock at your chosen H&B store

• Orders for items not available immediately in store will be ready to collect next day*

• Available 7 days a week, subject to store opening hours​​​​

• You will be notified at the basket if your items are available for same day or next day.

• You will receive an email and text to let you know your order is ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order

C&C - Orders after 1pm 

• Orders after 1pm will be available next working day* if order is placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday. If the order is after 4pm it will be ready to collect in 2 - 4 days.

If you do not collect your C&C order within 7 days, it will be cancelled, and refunded. 

Postcode exclusions apply to:  BT, IM & IV. 

*Please be aware extended delivery times may occur over bank holidays. Expected delivery dates over these times will be displayed at checkout.

• Collection is available within 4 working days from any Evri ParcelShop.

• You will receive a text as soon as your parcel is ready to collect.

Please note: Evri will hold parcels for 10 days before returning them to us.
