Covered in the fridge, it’ll last up to 2 weeks - but we dare you to keep it that long.
250g butter, softened
Beat the butter for 4-5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add in the spices and honey and beat well until completely combined.
Serve on bread or with pancakes, or transfer into a bowl, cover and keep for up to 2 weeks.
