Ingredients
- 250g butter, softened
- 6 tbsp Manuka honey *
- 1 tsp cinnamon *
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice *
- 1/4 tsp cloves, ground *
Method
Step 1.
Beat the butter for 4-5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add in the spices and honey and beat well until completely combined.
Step 2.
Serve on bread or with pancakes, or transfer into a bowl, cover and keep for up to 2 weeks.
