Finding your daily dose of CBD with Grass & Co.

Grass & Co. is a premium supplier of ethically-sourced CBD oil products, made using the highest quality CBD Oil, delicious natural botanical ingredients and beneficial vitamins.

Everyone is built differently so this means that no one size fits all when it comes to CBD dosing. At Grass & Co. our mantra is ‘start low and go slow.’ Starting with a lower dose and listening to your body allows you to assess how the CBD is affecting you.

One dose of our standard strength CBD Oil contains 17.5mg of CBD, and a single dose of our 1000mg high strength CBD Oil contains 35mg of CBD. We advise that you start with one or two doses a day, and gradually adjust your dosage based on how your body reponds.

In terms of dosage, the important point to note is that the recommended daily limit for CBD is 70mg per day. This equates to 4 x doses of our 500mg drops per day, or 2 x doses of our higher strength 1000mg CBD Oils and these doses are clearly marked on the pipette so that you can track exactly how much you are taking.
