Back in 2005, Rude Health founders Nick and Camilla Barnard set out to concoct the best muesli ever.
Originally only sold in local health food shops and delis, Rude Health Ultimate Muesli became a word-of-mouth cult favourite. Not only is it gluten free, but it’s packed with high-fibre favourites like quinoa and buckwheat, as well as a great mix of seeds and fruits.
If you prefer a warm start to the day, Rude Health Porridge will set you up right. Naturally gluten free, the oats are not only rolled but sprouted oats, which enhances the flavour, texture and the uptake of nutrients compared to other porridge oats.
These days, Rude Health are way more than a cereal brand. They are also beloved for their gluten free crackers and organic snacks.
