GREAT for Backpacking
“I do not leave reviews, but I had to hop on for the backpacking/travel girlies. I brought this on the Camino de Santiago as my shampoo/conditioner/leave-in, and it performed amazingly. I was worried that since I would be walking outdoors every day a co-wash would not be enough to get all the dirt and oil out of my hair. Wrong! This left my scalp happy and clean. It also moisturized my hair and kept it well-behaved. Now that I'm home and using my normal shampoo, my scalp is actually getting dried out and irritated! Awesome co-wash!”

great as leave-in but not as co-wash for me
“mixed sections of 2a-2b-3a dep on the weather and hair products, a lot of fine dry hair which tangles easily. Best results ever from ethique clarifying shampoo bar then this as a leave-in. Encourages curls, softens the strands better than anything I've tried period. I don't hate, but also don't like the fragrance. I wash only 1-2 x/week and co-wash in between but I don't find this cleansing enough for a co-wash, so as of day 2 it just weighs my hair down. I also don't get the same fantastic results with non-clarifying shampoos like professor curl and with such dry hair, I can't use Clement shampoo every time.”
